01/16/03 SageGroup Announces a Financing Division To Help Troubled Companies Nationally
Alameda, CA - January 16, 2003 - SageGroup
Strategies, Inc., announces that it has formed a major SGS
Financing Division to help troubled companies obtain urgently-needed
financing. SageGroup is the largest Professional Troubled-Company
Specialist firm nationally and internationally, with over
40 offices throughout the United States plus many international
relationships.
"Almost all troubled companies have
an urgent need for financing, both to survive their troubled
stage and to subsequently grow, develop, and/or move forward
well," stated Tom Safir, a SGS Senior Director and

The SGS Financing Division will be represented
