01/16/03 SageGroup Announces a Financing Division To Help Troubled Companies Nationally

Alameda, CA - January 16, 2003 - SageGroup Strategies, Inc., announces that it has formed a major SGS Financing Division to help troubled companies obtain urgently-needed financing. SageGroup is the largest Professional Troubled-Company Specialist firm nationally and internationally, with over 40 offices throughout the United States plus many international relationships.
