03/17/03 SageGroup Strategies Announces Strong Support
for Proposed E-Rex Overall Business Solution Plan
Miami, FL - March 17, 2003 - SageGroup Strategies announced
that there has been much strong support for the E-Rex Overall
Business Solution Plan publicly proposed by SageGroup on February
28, 2003. This Plan seeks to move E-Rex forward in a comprehensive
business manner in spite of the major lawsuits, governmental
and media investigations, hostilities with shareholder groups,
and other major problems now faced by E-Rex and its current
management team.
E-Rex (OTCBB: EREX) is a publicly-held high-technology
company based in Miami, Florida. SageGroup is the largest
Professional Troubled-Company Specialist firm in the USA and
the world, with about fifty offices nationally. The proposed
E-Rex Overall Business Solution Plan is in the SGS General
Press Releases section of its www.SageGroupStrategies.com
website.
Several major shareholders have now announced their support of the proposed Plan, with the first major shareholder group announcing its support on March 5, 2003. The E-Rex Mutual Group of outside shareholders publicly announced its support of the proposed Plan by issuing the attached national press release.
"To date, there have been no negative statements or counter-proposals made by anyone to our knowledge," stated Larry Lindsey, a SageGroup managing director who is SGS's project manager for this client situation. "We are especially hopeful that E-Rex's current officers and directors will announce their support of the proposed Plan, especially since the Plan is believed to be so strongly in the best interests of the company E-Rex and all of its shareholders as a group. The E-Rex directors and officers realize their fiduciary responsibilities, of course, plus this proposed Plan will also help them to perform their E-Rex responsibilities much better."

03/05/03 E-Rex Mutual Group Announces Support for Proposal by SageGroup Strategies
MIAMI, FL -- (INTERNET WIRE) -- 03/05/2003 -- E-Rex Mutual Group announced today their support of the February 28, 2003, proposal by SageGroup Strategies to resolve some of the issues between E-Rex, Inc. and various shareholder groups, including the E-Rex Mutual Group. The proposal is of an Overall Business Solution Plan, including for an Overall Management Council of three persons who would focus on major E-Rex business issues, including product development, management, and financing.
"We see this as a means of generating value for the E-Rex shareholders, including the trust I represent," stated Chris Ford, as successor trustee for the Carol J. Gamble Trust and member of the E-Rex Mutual Group.
"While this may not resolve all of the litigation by shareholders, it gives them a concurrent business avenue that may benefit them and, hopefully, give E-Rex the opportunity to concentrate on the business issues."
"SageGroup's goal is to focus on what is best for the company E-Rex and all of its shareholders as a group," stated Larry Lindsey, a Managing Director of SageGroup Strategies. "This proposal allows the adversarial groups to align themselves in concert with E-Rex in building a company that has been plagued with litigation and hostility. The proposal is available for review in the SGS General Press Releases section of our website www.SageGroupStrategies.com."
