Management Services Consultants LLC
New York, NY, and Alameda, CA - August 28, 2003 -
SageGroup Strategies announces that it has entered into a working
relationship with Management Services Consultants LLC, an
established management consulting firm headquartered in New
York City.
MSC is a nationwide full-service hands-on consulting firm that
specializes in accounting support, cash flow management,
turnaround management, collateral audits, asset recovery,
M&A/alternative financing, chargeback prevention and recovery,
and accounts receivables management & recovery. SGS is
the largest Professional Troubled-Company Specialist firm in
the USA and world, with over 50 offices in the USA and China,
plus several pending additional offices.
As part of this working relationship, the two firms signed an
initial agreement on August 13, 2003. This agreement is
purposefully broad in scope, allowing not only for referring
and working jointly on client situations but also that MSC
and SGS will seek to identify, structure, and implement various
other mutually-beneficial ways to work together. These
are to include providing services to both untroubled and
troubled companies when and as appropriate.
SageGroup provides troubled companies with its powerful
large group of professionals, who are experts at helping troubled
companies get out of trouble and move forward. SageGroup's
staff includes over 600 highly-qualified specialists, such as:
financing and financial experts; troubled-company experts;
turnaround experts; marketing specialists; CPAs; attorneys;
strategists; joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions experts;
international business experts; global sourcing specialists;
technologists; corporate executives; industry specialists;
and others.
SageGroup's staff has been involved in hundreds of difficult company
situations, including: refinancings, turnarounds, crisis management,
debtor programs, spin-outs, restructurings and reorganizations,
and managed wind-downs and shut-downs.
Much additional information on both firms is on their websites, which are
www.MSCLLC.com for MSC and www.SageGroupStrategies.com
